Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Clixsy collects when you visit clixsy.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It applies to this website only — not to the marketing services we run inside our clients' own properties, which are governed by our agreements with those clients.

The only information you actively give us through this site is what you enter when you book a consultation. Our scheduling form is provided by LeadConnector, and it collects your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to write in the message field.

We use those details to contact you about your enquiry and to prepare for the consultation. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists without asking.

Like most websites, our web server records standard request data — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the time of each request. This is used to keep the site available and secure, and to understand which pages people find useful.

Our own pages set no advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded third-party content does: the scheduling widget loads Meta (Facebook) advertising scripts of its own once it appears, and embedded video players may set cookies. Each of those runs under that provider's policy, not ours.

We keep third parties to a minimum. The ones that can receive data when you use this site are our scheduling provider (LeadConnector / HighLevel), our website host, and the providers of any embedded video. Each processes data under its own privacy policy, and we share only what the feature needs to work.

Consultation enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we have a record of what was discussed. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then discarded. We delete information sooner on request, unless we are required to keep it.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time — write to [email protected] and we will action it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we honour those rights regardless of where you are. We do not sell your personal information. Note that the embedded scheduling widget loads Meta advertising scripts, which may collect data for that provider's own advertising purposes; blocking third-party scripts in your browser prevents it.

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to the systems that hold enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect what we hold.

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
